Customer service. The staff and their attitude nullified any good that was there.....................Its a complete cheating out there.....

Great stay! Perfectly located in the heart of the lively town. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. the breakfast had a good mix of both Indian and Western dishes, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. One of the best things was the complimentary bottled water in the room, which was a nice touch. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful pool area with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in.

The wifi signal was a bit weak in some areas, which made it difficult to stay connected from our room. some of the noise from the town's nightlife could be heard in the room, but this was to be expected given the central location of the hotel.
